Female Personal Trainer

I am a female personal trainer with over twenty years’ experience of working within the fitness, health, and wellness industry.

As well as being a fitness trainer for women I am also a qualified mindfulness coach and stress management consultant.  This allows me to work closely with my clients to create personalised, effective, fun, exercise programmes and to provide personalised lifestyle coaching on sleep, managing stress, nutrition, and mindset.

My unique approach as a holistic female personal trainer allows my clients to become healthier, balanced and in tune with their body and mind.  Modern day lives can be sedentary, stressful and sugar laden, I will work with you to help navigate the pressures of day to day living and to create a personalised health and exercise plan that works.
