Blossom Place Body and Mind offers personal training to those living in Kenilworth and the surrounding areas. I work one to one with clients in local parks and green spaces as well as local studios.

If you are looking to become healthier, lose weight or simply to get some time back for you then I am here to help. I offer a holistic approach to personal training focusing on not only physical activity but mindset, stress management, nutrition and sleep.

I provide a fun, supportive environment that is suitable for all levels including beginners and those new to exercise. Personal training sessions usually take place once or twice a week and each month we will put together achievable targets. I will then work with you to achieve these in a fun, supportive environment and check in with you once a month to make sure that you are on track.

Many of the people I work with have found Blossom Place Body and Mind because they don’t like the gym or they are struggling to achieve their goals on their own. This is where I can help. I can meet you in a safe, comfortable environment usually outside and offer advice and guidance as well as accountability helping you to achieve your goals in a timely manner.
