Blossom Place Body and Mind offers personal training for those living in Warwick and the surrounding areas. I work with clients in person in local parks and green spaces as well as local studios focusing on fitness, health and wellbeing in a fun, supportive, safe environment.

Holistic approach to achieving your goals

No matter what your goals are I will be able to help using a holistic approach focusing on regular exercise, good nutrition, managing stress, enjoying quality sleep and developing a healthy mindset/lifestyle. Personal training sessions usually take place weekly and last one hour. My focus will be helping you to be the best version of yourself both inside and outside.

As well as lifestyle guidance I will guide you through appropriate all over body exercises and offer support, advice, and accountability to ensure you reach your goals. Many individuals arrive at Blossom Place Body and Mind because they do not like the gym, or they are struggling to lose weight or get fit on their own. I work one to one with these individuals helping them to become more balanced, develop a healthy mindset and become more in tune with their bodies. This allows them to choose a healthier way of life, enjoy exercise and to start losing any excess weight.

What to expect

Personal Training hourly sessions can include some or all of the following:

- Lifestyle coaching on areas such as food choices, controlling stress, increasing exercise
- Full body workouts catering to the individual needs of the client
- Relaxation/stress reduction techniques
- Expert help and guidance in a fun, relaxed environment
